Adrian chats with Claire Farley from Nichecom who do all the photography for him, on why a professional photographer is so important. Iphones have amazing cameras but they are still not to the same level as those used by a professional, chosen specifically for taking property photos.
And even if a keen estate agent was given the very best equipment, it does not turn them into a photographer. Adrian could be given Lewis Hamilton's Mercedes F1 car but it doesn't turn him into a Grand Prix driver.
